2. 21words.net is NOT monitored. Reviews or comments that cause offence can be reported through the 'Report Abuse' link. Anyone reportedly uploading offensive content or comments will be removed from the database and blocked from the website.

3. While profanity on 21words.net is not forbidden, please be aware that the site is used by many different people and extreme language may cause offence and will be removed if it is reported.

21words.net reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate any of its functions, and the Terms and Conditions without notice. All modified terms and conditions will be effective after they are posted on the Sites.

21words.net may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Sites and Services and remove any material (including User Submissions) from the Sites or our servers, in the event that you breach these Terms of Service, or FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

You will not remove, alter or conceal any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated within 21words.net. IN NO EVENT WILL 21words.net, ITS AGENTS OR ITS EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITES, SERVICES, AND USER SUBMISSIONS WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT 21words.net HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

21words.net will NOT distribute anyone's personal details to any third party. You are responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and corresponding account information. You agree not to disclose your password to anyone. You agree that you are entirely and solely responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
